对中国物流业发展现状的评析

中国物流业中存在的基础设施规划不合理、管理体制不健全、配送中心效率低、高素质管理人才匮乏等问题严重制约着物流业的健康发展。为了突破物流发展的瓶颈,一方面,政府要做发展现代物流业的基础条件创造者和运行秩序维护者,另一方面,物流企业要加强联合重组和高素质人才的引进,向效率管理要效益。

Discussion on Development of Chinese Logistics

The E-commerce logistics development in our country has been restricted seriously by some factors exiting in China's logistics trade.For example,the design of infrastructure is not reasonable;the management system unsound,the efficiency of distribution center low and high-quality management talent is of shortage.In order to break through the bottlenecks in logistics development,some countermeasures should be taken.On the one hand,the government should take on the responsibility of creating the infrastructure and defending the operational order for the modern logistics trade.On the other hand,the logistics enterprises should strengthen the joint restructure and taking in high-quality talents,and make benefits from effective management ultimately.
