| 摘 要： | 水资源,作为人类最为基本的生活要素,对于维持一个国家和城市稳定的生活生产具有不言而喻的重要性。本文将依托基于交易费用学说的公共产品供给主体选择理论和企业理论,同时参照国外水资源定价以及国内资源性产品定价模式来思考水资源,通过对于水资源的定价模式、理论和策略以及供水企业成本收益分析,对于如何更加全面和完整地看待城市用水价格上涨给出科学的经济学分析。
