港口物流产业集群与港口关系密切,港口的战略定位对港口物流产业集群的发展战略影响重大。文章通过分析辽宁港口存在的问题,确定差异化战略联盟的发展方式,并采取股权参与投资的混合方式,以确保联盟的稳定性;在此基础上,制定辽宁各港口物流产业集群的发展战略及对策,确保港口与港口物流产业集群的协调发展,以达到提高整体竞争力,带动各港口城市发展,促进辽宁省发展的目的。

Research on the Coordinative Development of Liaoning Port and Port Logistics Industry Cluster

Port logistics industry cluster has a close relationship with port;the port’s strategic positioning has a significant impact on the port logistics industry cluster’s development strategy.This paper analyses the problems existing in Liaoning port,determines the development mode of differentiation strategy alliance and combines with the hybrid way of equity participation and investment in order to ensure the stability of the alliance.Based on this,this paper makes development strategies and countermeasures for each port logistics industry cluster in Liaoning to ensure their coordinated development.Through this we can gain our purposes of improving the overall competitiveness,driving the development of each port city and promoting the development of Liaoning province.
