农产品流通管理中的RFID应用技术

文章的研究目的是要解决RFID技术在农产品全流通过程中的跟踪问题。实现方法是借助RFID电子标签记录农产品的原产地信息,借助全球卫星定位系统对农产品的运输、配送、仓储等环节进行跟踪和管理,利用传感器技术实现对农产品不同生产时间所使用的各种农药、化肥、生长剂、催熟剂的监管和控制,进而全面构建农产品质量安全跟踪体系,满足社会对农产品质量安全管理的要求。及时发现农产品质量安全隐患,跟踪受到污染的农产品,实现农产品从产地到餐桌的全程管理和监控。

The Application of RFID Technique in Agricultural Products Circulation Management

This paper mainly solved the tracking problems of RFID techniques in the circulation of agricultural products.These problems can be solved in following ways: using RFID electric label to save the origin information of agricultural products;using GPS to track and manage transportation,distribution,warehousing and other sectors;using sensor technique to monitoring and manage the using of pesticides,fertilizers,growth agents,ripening agents,ect.With all these methods,a comprehensive and complete tracking system for quality and safety of agricultural products can be setup.This system can fulfil the publics requirement in the food safety,find out hidden risks in agricultural products,track contaminated products,and finally realize the"from the origin to table"management of agricultural products.
