| Abstract: | The essay starts with the basic theories of logistic project management.By means of evidence-based research and analysis combined with the trend of domestic and foreign marine fuel oil market situation and the properties of shipping and logistics industries,research and investigation are made on the status quo of marine fuel oil management of one large-scale container liner so as to decide on the appropriate marine fuel oil cost management strategy for domestic shipping companies. |
