| 摘 要： | 论述了猪肉流通追溯体系建设的意义,然后对国内的生猪供应链的现状及问题进行分析研究,并结合现有试点城市的追溯体系建设中存在的问题,提出了对策和建议,以期能对我国猪肉流通追溯体系的建设有所裨益。

| Abstract: | Firstly,this paper discusses the significance of the pork traceability system.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation and problems of the domestic pig supply chain,combined with the problems that exist in the traceability system of the existing pilot cities.Finally,putting forward solutions and recommendations in order to benefit of the construction of China’s pork traceability system. |
