| 摘 要： | 简单阐述了设备维修备件管理的目的与内容,结合U公司在设备维修备件的管理方法,分析了U公司在设备维修备件分类管理上存在的问题。针对现存的问题点,以ABC分类方法为基础,结合了实际的工作经验,为U公司的设备维修备件分类管理制定了一套新的方法。该方法设定了比较明确的标准和简单易行的打分方法,给U公司的设备维修备件的分类带来了一定的指导意义,便得U公司设备维修备件的分类管理在良性的状态下运行。

| Abstract: | Describe purpose and content of management of equipment maintenance spare parts.Analyse the existing problems of calssifying management of equipment maintenance spare parts for U company.Establish a new mathod for classifying management of equipment maintenance spare parts in U company.This new method is based on ABC classifying method and defines clear standard and simply scoring way.This new method becomes important part of management of equipment maintenance spare parts and make the classifying management run in a health condition. |
