| 摘 要： | 交通运输与区域经济之间的关系较为复杂,两者相互促进相互协调,才能获得共同发展。从交通运输与经济发展相互关系、相互影响的角度入手,分析淮安交通运输与经济发展现状,提出综合交通运输与经济复合系统的形成机制,综合采用灰色模型GM 1,N和数据包络分析法对淮安市综合交通运输—经济复合系统的效率进行分析和评价,并根据分析的结果以及淮安市实际情况,给出发展建议与对策。

| Abstract: | Transportation and regional economy have a complex relationship.Both of them should promote and coordinate at each other to obtain the common development.After introducing the mutual relationship and influence of transportation and economic development,the paper analyzed the development conditions of comprehensive transportation and economy system of huaian,and discussed the forming mechanism of compound transportation-economy system.Then,the paper used grey model GM1,N and data envelopment analysis to evaluate the efficiency of compound transportation-economic system in Huaian.Moreover,some recommendations and measures to promote the development of transportation and economic system were put forward. |
