Since reform and opening up,with the improvement of construction works law system,risk management has become a powerful weapon to safeguard the line,construction works to achieve the maximum social benefits and economic benefits. The paper analyzes the connotation of risk management in bidding,illuminates the main existing problems of risk management and proposes some countermeasures to effectively control the bidding risk to reap the greatest economic benefits.
