我国城乡人力资本溢出效应分析

经济增长的根本动力在于人力资本的不断增长,人力资本投资收益具有溢出效应.本文以卢卡斯模型与新古典增长模型为基础,创建了人力资本溢出效应在城市与农村的两区域模型,进一步分析了人力资本溢出效应在城市只进行城市内部的内溢性,而在农村很大部分表现为从农村到城市的外溢性.

Analysis of Human Capital's Spills-over Effects in Our Country Urban and Rural

The economic growth fundamental force depends on the human capital unceasing increase,the human capital investment and income has the spills-over effects.The article builds upon Lucas model and neoclassic increase model,it has established human capital's spills-over effects two area models in the urban and rural,at the same time it further analysis human capital's spills-over effect's inner overflow only in city,on the contrary,the human capital's spills-over effects mainly embodies outside overflow from rural to urban.
