| 摘 要： | 21世纪,能源缺乏的现象越来越突出,由于缺乏石油、煤炭和天然气,欧洲人不得不一次次卷入争夺中东石油资源的战争。近年来对风能的成功开发,使欧洲人看到了使用绿色能源的希望,而中国也开始了风力发电的步伐,这也是中国的一个绿色希望。
