| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,随着中国经济逐步与世界接轨,外商对华直接投资额呈逐年上升的趋势。外商的直接投资能否促进中国经济的发展,中国经济的发展又能否吸引更多的外商来投资,两者究竟是怎么样的关系?对FD I与中国经济增长的关系运用G ranger因果检验、协整检验,并根据1985—2008年外商直接投资(FD I)与中国GDP的数据建立回归模型进行了实证分析。得出了以下主要结论:外商直接投资增长是引起中国经济增长的原因,而中国经济增长对吸引外商直接投资也有显著的影响,并由此提出了政策建议。
