| 摘 要： | 管理尤其是企业管理是科学也是艺术。自从世界第一个工厂产生至今的200多年历史说明,一个国家或地区的工业化进程和经济发展,不仅是资金积累和技术进步的过程,同时还是一个管理现代化的过程。管理集中了科学、艺术、人文的最新成果应用于管理实践,进而推动社会经济乃至人类社会的发展。中国企业管理虽然经历了30余年的改革开放取得了长足的发展,但与国际化管理相差甚远。
