| 摘 要： | 加入WTO后,我国物流企业面临着国外先进物流业的巨大竞争和挑战,这既有整体行业内部发展不平衡的原因,也有物流企业自身存在的各种问题。结合我国物流产业发展的现状,对我国物流企业发展有待完善的方面进行了探讨与分析,进而提出了我国物流企业的发展战略:制定合理的企业人力资源机制、建立合理的物流企业信息系统以及打造先进的信息系统管理模式。
