| 摘 要： | 物流服务水平和物流成本之间是“二律背反”的，在物流运作中较难进行量化分析。为此，提出了基于一定服务水平和一定物流要素价格的成本最小化的数学模型。并对其一阶、二阶条件做了相应的分析，得出了最优化资源配置时的要素投入比例关多。最后给出了物流成本优化的决策过程模型。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the contradiction between logistics service level and cost,we bring up the minim cost mathematical model by simply analysing the logistics system input and output,and then analyse the first and the second order condition.Finally,gives the optimization decision model of logistics cost,amplification the model's utility. |
