| 摘 要： | 票据是银行支付结算业务的主要交易手段,但却有一些不法分子利用伪造票据、票据圈钱、票据逃债等多种手段进行票据诈骗活动,因此,金融风险重要的研究课题就是要宣传票据知识、建立和完善票据审核制度,与公安部门等紧密配合严厉打击票据诈骗犯罪.

In that case, an important research task of finance risk is to promote bill knowledge, found and perfect bill auditing, co-operate with police to crush bill-bilking crime. |
