| 摘 要： | 中国在转变经济发展方式中还存在着资源、生态环境、社会、经济等方面的约束,要解决这些问题,必须提高资本效率,从单一产品竞争转向全方位产业价值链竞争,重新塑造国家及企业核心竞争优势,提升在国际分工体系中的地位,推动金融资本与产业资本的融合,构建跨行政区的主体功能区,推动产业整合和市场整合.
