论我国科技转化为生产力过程中的矛盾和对策

本文分析了我国科学技术转化为现实生产力过程中存在的一些矛盾,提出了政府、高等院校和科研院所、企业应在改革中明确职能,为科技人才营造良好的外部环境,提高他们的工作积极性,从而加快科技成果转化的步伐。

On the Contradiction and Countermeasures in the Course of Transforming Science and Technology into Productive Forces

In this paper, various contradictions in the course of transforming science and technology into real productive forces have been analyzed. It has been proposed that governments, higher academies and scientific research institutions as well as enterprises must make clear their functions, build a favorable exterior environment for the scientists and technicians and arouse their working enthusiasm. Thus the rate of transforming science and technology into productive forces should be speeded up.
