摘 要: | 随着网络媒体的快速发展,网络顾客服务的重要性日渐突出。充分发挥网络媒体方便、快捷、互动、跨时空、低成本等优势,了解网络顾客的特点,转变服务观念,构建网络服务平台,为顾客提供更加富有针对性、个性化、高效率的服务,提高顾客满意度,实现顾客忠诚。
