上海自贸区海外金融人才引进中的信息不对称问题

摘    要:上海自贸区的成立汇集了大批的金融企业,进一步凸显了上海当前金融人才队伍结构的不合理之处,海外金融人才的引进工作变得日趋重要.在引进工作中,存在着极为普遍、贯穿全程的信息不对称现象,从而使海外金融人才引进的针对性和岗位匹配度都相对较低,给人才的供需双方都带来许多问题.本文在实证调研的基础上对上海自贸区海外金融人才引进过程中的信息不对称现象进行分析,并为相关管理部门消除信息不对称提供政策建议.

Information Asymmetry with Shanghai FTZ Overseas Financial Talents Introduction

Abstract:The establishment of the Shanghai FTO has brought together a large number of financial enterprises and revealed the unreasonable structure of Shanghai financial personnel. Therefore, introducing overseas financial talents has become more and more important. It is quite common that due to information asymmetry during the process of introducing, the degree of post matching is relatively low, causing many problems for both sides. This paper analyzes the information asymmetry problem on the basis of empirical research and provides suggestions for relevant departments to eliminate information asymmetry.
