| 摘 要： | 本文从演进理论视角入手,运用路径依赖理论对煤炭企业的发展进行制度经济学解析,给出了一个理解煤炭企业发展路径依赖的概念性框架,并针对煤炭企业发展中存在的行政管制惯性的锁定、经济性沉淀成本的锁定、社会性沉淀成本的锁定、产业链低端定位的锁定等问题,按照规避和摆脱锁定状态的思路,提出了推动煤炭企业可持续发展的相关政策建议。

| Abstract: | Path dependence and state of lock-in is one of the direct causes to the issues concerning coal enterprises.Firstly,from evolution perspective,based on path dependence theory,the article focuses on lock-in effects in the development of(China's) coal enterprises.Secondly,according how to avoid or get rid of lock-in,we put forward to relative policy suggestions to support the sustainable development of China's coal enterprises. |
