| Abstract: | In recent years,a lot of countries have experienced the negative effects brought by naturally monopolistic industries and so have strived to obviate the former by reforming the latter.The paper enters into detailed analysis whether the intrinsic characteristics of the naturally monopolistic industries would lead inevitably to industrial monopoly and result in market entry barriers within the industries. |
