| 摘 要： | 制造业是一个国家和地区经济发展的基石。近年来中国制造业发展迅速,从业人员数量随之快速增长,要实现从“中国制造”到“中国创造”的跨越,人力资源的支持必不可少。山东是我国的制造业大省,以山东省为例,对制造业未来的人力资源需求进行灰色预测。以期对构建制造业的产业战略和人才发展战略起到一定的支撑作用。 |
