摘    要:心理契约是联系组织与员工的心理纽带,如果员工的心理契约被破坏,就可能产生负面的工作态度和行为,从而降低组织的工作绩效、凝聚力。文章梳理了认知在心理契约中的地位、作用,分析了认知对心理契约的作用机制,在此基础上,提出了员工认知调适的具体路径,以改善心理契约管理。

Abstract:Psychological contract is the bond to connect staff and enterprises and institutions. If the psychological bond of staff is damaged, they will take negative attitude and behavior in work, and thus reducing performance, debasing the cohesion of the enterprises and institutions. This paper is aimed at clarifying the status and the function of cognition in psychological contract; analyzing the mechanism of it in psychological contract. Based on above analysis, specific methods of adjusting cognition of staff are tentatively proposed to improve the management of psychological contract.
