高职院校全日制自考生学习动机调查及对策建议

通过采取问卷调查、访谈调查的方法,对重庆市部分高职全日制自考生的学习动机现状等几个方面进行了调查,通过调查发现,高职院校全日制自考生学习动机受到多方面因素的影响,具有性别差异、文理差异、年级差异、学业成绩差异,同时具有职业化、功利化的特点,对此提出了相应的建议。

The investigation of study motivation of full-time self-examination students in vacational colleges and Countermeasures and Suggestions

This article investigate the status quo of full - time self - examination students of vacatlonal colleges in Chongqing,by taking the method of questionnaire and interview survey. This survey includes mainly the main factors which influence the study motivation of full - time self - examination students of vacational colleges. This survey investigate from the following five aspects： gender, work experience, grade, professional, academic achievement, family background. Finally,this article analyse the status quo of cognitive motivation, achievement motivation, prestige motivation and sub motivation from the four dimensions. The survey showed that the study motivation of full - time self - examination students of vacational colleges are affected by many factors. Their the study motivation has the following features： gender differences, the ARTS differences, grade differences, differences in academic achievement.
