| 摘 要： | 在中国港口经济迅速发展的同时,港口之间的竞争已经从与国外的港口竞争蔓延到了国内港口之间的竞争。要实现港口的和谐发展,必须建立港口协调的安全机制,组建战略联盟,设立专门机构来统一整合资源,建设航运服务平台,重视港口与城市的互动发展。

| Abstract: | At the time of rapid development of China's ports,the competition among China's ports has ranked from the international port competition to the home competition.To realize the harmony development,we must build up the guarantee mechanism of ports coordination,form the strategetic alliance and the special organization to integrate resources,construct the shipping service plat and emphasize the inter-development between ports and cities. |
