| 摘 要： | 施工项目的水暖成本控制指在项目的成本形成过程中,对生产经营所消耗的人力资源、物质资源和费用开支,加强管理,并采取各种有效措施,及时纠正将要发生和已经发生的偏差,把各项费用控制在计划成本的范围之内,消除施工中的损失浪费现象,以保证成本目标的实现。
