| 摘 要： | "情商"即情感智商.最新研究表明,一个人的成功,只有20%归诸智商的高低,其余大部分取决于情商.因此班主任应重视对学生情商的培养,可从情绪控制的能力、人际交往的能力、乐观自信的能力、承受挫折的能力等方面培养学生的情商.

| Abstract: | The EQ is the emotion quotient.Latest research shows that 20% of one's success is due to his or her individual intelligence the other is due to the emotion quotient.Hereby,the teacher in charge of a class should pay more attention to the training of the students EO,which can start with the training of students abilities of emotion controlling,human communication,optimistic and confidence,and bearing the defeat. |
