| 摘 要： | 河南县域经济已成为河南经济发展的主导力量,必须在此基础上寻求一种有效的新农村建设的发展思路和载体。本文围绕河南新农村建设问题,在典型问卷调查分析的基础上,以县域经济为背景,在循环经济本质上是可持续发展经济的理论基点上,探讨县域循环经济条件下的新农村社区建设-农村庄园模式建设和发展的具体途径。
