企业风险管理在台湾电子零组件产业中的实施情况分析

文章主要系通过问卷的方式来探讨企业风险管理在台湾电子零组件产业的实施现况。实证结果发现了企业实施风险管理的主要动机,以及在实施企业风险管理时所面临的最重要的问题。另外还发现,建立健全的风险管理职能、综合运用金融与保险手段来移转风险、将风险管理及策略纳入企业整体策略等,是企业实施企业风险管理中较重要的策略。

An Analysis of Implementation of Enterprise Risk Management in Taiwan's Electronic Components Industry

Questionnaire survey is used for the study to investigate the implementation of enterprise risk management in the electronic components manufacturing industries in Taiwan. The results show the major motivations for enterprises to put enterprise risk management in practice and the most important issues to deal with in the process of implementing enterprise risk management. When the enterprise risk management is in place, enterprises should adopt such strategies as developing sound risk management competence, transferring risks through comprehensive financial and insurance instruments and integrating risk management and strategies into the overall corporate strategies.
