高职旅游管理专业课程项目化设计——以前厅服务与管理为例

在高职旅游管理专业中要对专业课程进行项目化设计,必须在行业专家和教学团队共同努力的基础上,通过分析旅游岗位工作任务和教学内容,设计出科学合理的教学项目,为项目式教学的实施提供条件。文章最后以前厅服务与管理课程为例,对该课程实施项目化教学进行了项目化设计。

Project Design of the Courses of Tourism Management Major in Vocational Colleges

As vocational education aims at culturing skilled talents with solid professional knowledge, project teaching has become an inevitable choice for higher vocational education. The first step to apply project teaching method to tourism management major in vocational colleges is to design its courses according to its criteria.The project design should be based on the teamwork of teaching team and experts from hotels; they design the courses through analysis of occupational tasks and teaching contents, which lays foundation for project teaching.Taking Service and Management in Front Office course as an example, this paper probes into the project design for teaching this course.
