论文化板块模型的构建

在跨国公司、全球兼并和收购兴起的今天,因经营者不了解东道国的文化而翻船的事件层出不穷。参照莱恩和迪斯特芬诺所开发的六文化纬度系统,设计了一个文化定向框架。根据这个文化定向框架,不同国家之间的文化差异可以借助七个指标加以判断和辨别。选取与中国贸易往来最多的30个国家,通过调查问卷和专家打分的方式得出这30个国家在七项指标上的分数,再用SPSS统计分析软件提取出影响国家文化的两个主因素:价值观和世界观,根据提取的这两个主因素进行文化板块的构建。根据文化板块模型中母子公司所在国家位置的不同可以采取相应的跨文化方式,把文化冲突尽量消除在跨国经营之前。

The Design of Culture Block

Thanks to the ignorance of the culture of the host country,nowadays there have appealed numerous ino stances of failure in those case of MNCs merger and acguisition.Referring to the Six-Latitude Culture System of Lane/ Distefano,the paper designs the index system,by which to identify the relationship of different cultures.The paper ana- lyzes the scores of every country through SPSS statistics software to conclude tow main factors:valuation and outlook. According to these factors,the paper designs the culture blocks in two-dimensional chart and sums up their cultures in order to apply different methods to deal with cultural conflicts.
