摘要：	According to the information from Beijing Municipal Foreign Economic Relations and Trade Commission,Beijing‘s foreign trade increased sharply,foreign investment remained a rather large scale,and foreign economic cooperation reported great growth ,in despite of negative effects caused by the outbreak of SARS in the first half this year.
