| 摘 要： | 当前,工程施工中的交叉配合与协调工作经常处理不当,导致工程施工后期出现返工,延误工期,影响到市政道路的使用,严重的甚至还会带来质量问题和安全隐患,因此协调管理工作十分重要。文章阐述了市政道路工程施工中协调管理相关现状,分析了其重要意义,提出了市政道路施工中协调管理相关措施。
