| 摘 要： | 本文对膜片弹簧离合器的分离载荷特性进行了分析,在考虑从动盘弹性特性的基础上,建立了膜片弹簧离合器的力学模型。根据该模型,推导出了离合器分离载荷特性的计算方法。以奇瑞QQ汽车推式膜片弹簧离合器为例,运用MATLAB软件编程,计算出该离合器的分离载荷特性曲线,并研究了面片磨损、从动盘弹性减弱等因素对膜片弹簧分离载荷特性的影响。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the release loading characteristics of the diaphragm spring clutch was analyzed,based on elastic characteristics of the follow disc,the mechanical model of diaphragm spring clutch is established.According to this model,the computational method of the release loading characteristics about clutch is deduced.To take the diaphragm spring clutch of cherry QQ vehicle for an example,the release loading characteristics curve is calculated by using MATLAB software program,and the surface wear and the elastic characteristics of the driven plate efforts on the release loading characteristics of the clutch. |
