富集铑铱置换渣中贵金属的工艺研究

摘    要:铑铱置换渣组分复杂,铑铱含量约0.6%,Zn和Cu为主体,含Se等非金属也较高。采用浓硫酸加保护剂浸出贱金属,浓碱浸出Se、Te等非金属,浸出液中Rh损失率0.15%、Ir小于4.77%,置换渣失重率96.55%。铑铱富集渣可用盐酸溶液体系加氧化剂溶解造液。

Abstract:The composition of replacement slag Rh and Ir is complex.It contains 0.6% Rh and Ir,and high Se,Zn and Cu.Using concentrated sulfuric acid and reactant to leach base metal,concentrated alkali to leach nonmeatal(Se,Te,etc).Rh loss rate in the leaching solutions is 0.15%.Ir loss rate is less than 4.77%,and slag weight loss rate is 96.55%.Concentration Rh and Ir slag can be dissolved into solutions by hydrochloric acid solution system with oxidant.
