高炉渣微粉磁选铁粉品位的测定

摘    要:从研究超细粉磁选铁粉品位角度出发,提出了以下方法:先将盛有磁选铁粉的坩埚放入刻有凹坑的耐火砖中,然后将其放入箱式电阻炉中加热熔化,实现渣铁分离,从而得到化学成分均匀的铁和渣,对得到的铁称重并分析其化学成分,然后进行换算,最后得到铁品位,取得了满意的效果。

Abstract:In this paper a new method to determination of iron grade in the ultrafine magnetic separation iron powder was provided.The crucible contained magnetic iron powder was firstly placed into the pit of the refractory brick,and then it was put into the box-type resistance furnace to melt in order to achieve separation of iron and slag.It can obtain iron and slag with uniform chemical composition.After weighing and analyzing the chemical composition of iron,the iron grade was finally obtained.This method achieve...
