| 摘 要： | 企业是发展循环经济最基本的单位。企业发展循环经济是实现可持续发展的重要途径。然而目前外国企业发展循环经济在技术创新、政府规制、企业文化的建立、修订和补充现有的会计系统方面,存在着制约因素,因此,应制定我国企业发展循环经济的可行性对策。

| Abstract: | As one basic unit of developing circular economy, enterprises are the most important media of realizing the sustainable development. There exist many restrictve factors in this course such as technology innovation, government regulation, corporate culture and accounting system. The paper brings forward some feasibile measures for enterprise to devolop the circular economy. |
