| 摘 要： | 重大建设项目在决策阶段进行可持续性评价是科学发展观的体现与要求。分析了重大建设项目经济、社会、科技、环境及资源等多方面的可持续性评价内容,提出了可持续性评价的指标体系及评价方法。
