我国渐进改革下政治参与的特征及其成因分析

政治参与水平是反映一国政治现代化程度的重要标志。我国现阶段的政治参与存在一定的滞后性和不成熟之处,但不能简单地归之为落后,而必须结合渐进改革这个大环境以系统眼光对之进行全面而客观的分析。基于此,文章紧扣改革大环境,重点分析了我国政治体制改革战略设计、转型时期的大量人员流动以及不同政治文化的交融这三个关键因素对政治参与的影响和作用机制。这对于全面而深刻地把握我国现阶段政治参与的发展轨迹,正确制定政治参与的发展策略有着重要意义。

Analysis to the Characteristics of Political Participation and its Causes in the Progressive Reform in China

The level of political participation is an important signs of a country's political modernization.There exists some stagnation and immature in present political participation.But it can not be simply categorized as draggling and we must give a comprehensive and objective analysis from the perspective of system combined the environment of the progressive reform.Base on this,the article centered around the environment of reform,focus on the mechanism that three key factors which are the strategy design of political reform,the great personnel mobility in the period of transition and the blend of different political cultures put influence on political participation.This will be an important significance to the comprehensive and profound grasp of the present development tract of political participation and the establishment of correct development strategy of political participation.
