摘    要:银行面对金融国际化、自由化等外在环境急剧变化的挑战,维持一定的竞争优势,是企业持续保持良好经营绩效的有效途径。通过对武汉市商业银行组织学习、组织创新与组织绩效之间关系的实证研究,探讨它们之间的相互作用。

Abstract:Confronted with the challenges of financial internationalization and liberalization,the most efficient way for the banks to keep better performance is to maintain some competitive advantages.In this paper,the author will give an empirical study on Wuhan Commercial Bank's relationships of organizational learning,organizational innovation and organizational performance and discuss the interactions about them.
