| 摘 要： | 农业是国民经济的基础，水利是农业的命脉。开展融水苗族自治县农田水利现状调查，依据水资源和水环境承载能力，综合考虑防治水旱灾害、水资源节约保护、灌溉排水、水环境整治和生态建设等，进行合理的水土资源配置和农田水利工程布局安排，统一编制县级农田水利规划，制定加快农田水利事业发展措施。

| Abstract: | Water conservancy is the lifeblood of agriculture which is the foundation of the national economy. This paper makes a survey of the current agricultural water conservancy in Rongxi County, taking account of the flood and drought disaster prevention, water resource conservation, irrigation and drainage, water environment harnessing and ecological construction, etc., providing suggestions such as making reasonable allocation of water and land resources, planning irrigation and drainage engineering well, unifying the irrigation and drainage planning at county level, and working out measures to accelerate the development of agricultural water conservancy. |
