考虑物料撞击的矿用车车厢结构分析与轻量化设计

摘    要:文章采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件分析计算矿用车装载时物料对车厢底板的撞击效应,得到不同弹性模量、不同大小形状的物料撞击车厢不同位置时的应力-应变分布,分析讨论了应力与应变的变化规律及其主要影响因素。在此基础上建立车厢结构优化设计数学模型,采用ANSYS与导重法相结合的方法,在保证结构强度前提下成功地对其进行结构轻量化设计。

The Structure of Mine-used Vehicle Body under the Condition of Impact Analyzed and the Lightweight Design

Abstract:With the software,ANSYS/LS-DYNA,the paper analyzes and calculates the impact effect on body bottom when loading materials with mine-used vehicle.Based on the stress-strain distribution formed by different positions when different elastic modulus,sizes and shapes of materials impact the bottom,the paper further discusses the change law of the stress and strain and the main elements causing the changes.Meanwhile,the paper sets up an optimized design mathematical model for vehicle body structure to achieve structure lightweight design under the condition that guarantees the structural strength by connecting ANSYS and guide-weight method.
