药肥混合制剂中苄嘧磺隆和苯噻酰草胺的高效液相色谱分析方法

摘    要:文章采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇:乙腈:水=40:40:20为提取液,以甲醇:水:冰乙酸=60:40:0.1为流动相,使用Hypersil BDS C_(18) 5μm为填充物的不锈钢柱和二级管阵列检测器,在254nm检测波长下同柱分离测定0.42%苄嘧磺隆·苯噻酰草胺颗粒剂(药肥混合制剂)中的苄嘧磺隆和苯噻酰草胺。结果表明,苄嘧磺隆和苯噻酰草胺的标准偏差分别为0.00036、0.00239;变异系数分别为1.38%、0.58%;平均回收率分别为99.8%、99.8%;线性相关系数分别为0.9998、0.9999。

The Efficient Liquid Chromatography of Bensulfuron-methyl and Mefenacet in Mixed Preparation of Pesticide and Fertilizer

Abstract:Employing the efficient liquid chromatography,the author conducts an experiment.Take methanol-acetonitrile -water(40:40:20)as the extract solution;the mobile phase is composed of methanol-water-acetic acid(60:40: 0.1);uses stainless steel column including the filler,Hypersil BDS C18,5μm and diode array detector;later examines the bensulfuron-methyl and mefenacet in the 0.42%Bensulfuron-methyl Mefenacet Granules at the detection wavelength of 254 nm.The results show that the standard deviation between bensulfuron-methyl and mefenacet are 0.000 36 and 0.002 39;the variation coefficients are 1.38%and 0.58%;the average recoveries are 99.8%and 99.8%and linear correlation are 0.999 8 and 0.999 9.
