高职生职业能力培养存在的问题及对策

摘    要:高职生职业能力培养存在学生职业认知较差,学习动力不足,职业品质离用人单位要求还有一定差距,团队意识和沟通能力不强等问题。存在这些问题的原因在于高职院校没有科学全面地理解职业能力,培养方案没有体现培养高职生职业能力,致使总体上弱化了高职生职业能力培养。因此高职院校应在科学理解职业能力内涵的基础上,培养“双师型”教师,建设好课程体系,加强实训教学等。

Problems and Solutions to Vocational College Students' Professional Ability Training

Abstract:In terms of vocational college students' professional ability training, they have little professional cognitive ability, lack of learning motivation and communication ability, fail to meet the need of employing units, don't pay due attention to teamwork. The root causes of these existing problems are that some vocational colleges have not scientifically and compre- hensively understood the student's professional ability and their training plan didn't stress the importance of professional ability, which overall weakens the very training. Therefore, based on the scientific understanding of professional ability, vocational colleges should train "double-quality" teachers, build a sound curriculum system and strengthen training teaching.
