| 摘 要： | 文章针对玉钢850 mm中宽带高压水除鳞控制系统故障率高,磁浮液位计和磁浮子开关经常出现问题,以及除鳞过程中出水压力衰减大、流量不够等直接影响带钢表面质量等问题,通过增加压力环控制回路控制循环阀补水功能,保证水罐补水及时可靠,有效提高了除鳞控制系统的工作稳定性和可靠性,停机时间大大减少,除鳞效果明显改善,带钢表面质量得到进一步的稳定和提高,为树玉钢品牌,开发新品种创造有利条件。

| Abstract: | Owing to some troubles such as control system fault of Yuxi Steel 850mm middle width strip high pressure water descaling,the switches fault of maglev level gauge and magnetic float and other faults that result from the decreasing water pressure in the course of descaling and the lack of water flow and will influence the strip steel surface quality at length,the paper puts forward some solutions to those problems,such as to add pressure rings,to supply water,to improve the stability and reliability of descaling control system and to shorten time for shutdown for the purpose of establishing the brand,Yuxi Steel and creating more favorable conditions for new product development. |
