| 摘 要： | 以预防为主,减少浪费,通过持续改进不断满足顾客日益增长的需求已经成为汽车行业供方质量管理理念的核心内容,由此产品质量先期策划（以下称APQP）在新项目开发管理中越来越多地被推行和运用。文章阐述了APQP的基本理念和内容,并结合上汽通用五菱汽车股分有限公司（以下称SGMW）GP50项目实例,重点介绍APQP在项目中的实际运用情况及取得的成效。
