摘    要:文章提出成员认知的3个维度,将团队绩效分为任务绩效和关联绩效2个维度。并通过对156份有效问卷的数据分析做实证研究。结果表明,工作满意度是成员认知和团队绩效的中介变量。

Abstract:The paper sets forth three dimensions of member cognition and divides team performance into two dimensions, task performance and connected performance.It also conducts empirical research on the data from 156 valid questionnaires. The result shows that job satisfaction is the agent parameter of member cognition and team performance.
