知识型员工的激励管理探析

摘    要:知识型员工作为企业的核心群体,是企业发展的支柱。因此,如何运用激励理论激发知识型员工的积极性和创造性,对企业的发展非常重要。学术界从理论和实践2个层面对激励进行了较深入的探讨和研究,笔者以此为基础对知识型员工的激励管理进行了分析。

Abstract:As the core group of an enterprise,knowledge-based employee is the pillar of enterprise's development.In this case,how to apply incentive theory to motivate their enthusiasm and innovation is very important for the development of the enterprise.The academic circle has studied the incentive management in theoretical and practical aspects.Based on this study,the author of this paper analyzes the incentive management on knowledge—based employees.
