| 摘 要： | 加快人才发展是在激烈的国际竞争中赢得主动权的重大战略选择。当前,广西人才发展的总体水平同国内发达省市相比仍存在较大差距,在广西经济社会发展过程中还存在许多不适应的地方,必须全面实施＂人才强桂＂战略,健全育才、用才体制机制,营造有利于人才成长、发挥的环境,以促进人才的全面发展。

| Abstract: | Speeding up the elitist construction is a strategic option to win the initiative in the furious international competition. The overall level of talent construction in Guangxi is still far behind the developed provinces and cities.Because of some unsatisfied problems in the process of economic and social development in this area,Guangxi must implement the policy of＂prosperous Guangxi,energetic talents＂,complete the system for talent training and recruitment,creating an environment favorable for talents growth and displaying their ability. |
